I know my weight seems to yoyo pretty often, but that’s because it really does.  I keep gaining weight and losing weight and gaining weight again.  It’s not the healthiest thing in the world, I know, but I love to eat.  I love to eat in the morning, at night, every time.  And lately, I have been letting myself eat just a little bit more than what I should be eating.  That’s why it is time to diet once again.

Dieting has never been easy for me.  There are so many delicious things to eat out there, that I hate depriving myself of them.  And while I know that it would be much easier to just take the best weight loss pills out there, I refuse, simply because side effects scare me.  As a consequence, I am going to have to start disciplining myself to eat just what I need, and not to binge on every opportunity.  It is going to be a tough couple of weeks.

Ah well.  This gives me the chance to cook up some healthy, low calorie recipes, so I guess it is not such a bad thing.  Hopefully I can come up with something that is diet-friendly yet still delicious.  Wish me luck!  I’ve got a lot of weight to lose!
