So I’ve been lifting weights and dieting pretty consistently the past few weeks, or at least not overeating.  I’ve lost an inch off my waist, while gaining an inch on my chest.  That’s pretty good, but what I really need is to figure out how to reduce belly fat.

I am starting to cave to the fact that I may have to do a little cardiovascular activity to lose the spare tire around my waist.  I’m going to try fight it as long as I can, but it’s really starting to look like that’s the only road to getting ripped.  Let’s see how long I can hold out.
