Been eating a lot. Made it a point to have breakfast daily the past week, so I’ve been eating sausages and bacon and ham and eggs and bread every morning, and it’s starting to show. Especially around the midsection.
Had some time to work out though, and I guess those extra calories are showing up on my chest and arms. I just wish I could cut through the fat on top of all that muscle, though. I’m thinking about using some sort of fat-burner. I read some phenphedrine reviews, and the stuff looks pretty effective, but I’m not sure yet. I will have to give it some more thought before I go through with it.
Knowing me though, I probably won’t. Stuff like that scare me.
