I’ve been really trying to get in really good shape lately, and I must confess I turned to creatine powder for a while.  Although I feel like I did get a little stronger, overall, I don’t think it worked out very well for me.  For one thing, I felt bloated all the time, and I looked way too smooth when I was aiming to look ripped.

After doing a little research and giving it some thought, I’ve decided the creatine powder is not a sustainable choice.  It’s not going to work in the long run.  If I ever take supplements again, it will probably just be whey protein powder, fish oil capsules, and multivitamin supplements.  Sustainable, and effective.
