E-Heads! 

I’m sure everyone has heard about Ely Buendia by now.  Dude had a stroke in the middle of the Eraserheads reunion concert.  He’s OK now, but what a way to go it would’ve been.  To die while performing live to a packed house?  It’s every rocker’s dream.

Or maybe not.  I’m sure he’s happier he’s alive.  All the best, Ely.

Gatorade!

OK, I’m drinking Gatorade.  That’s it.  In sports news today, I wasn’t able to lift yesterday!  So today makes three consecutive non-lifting, over-eating days.  That’s alright.  I figure I needed a lifting break anyway.  No basketball either, though I’m really itching to play.  Bad.  I’m thinking I might even go to Friday night’s game.  I’m THAT desperate to play.

This whole no new clothes until I get a six-pack thing is tough.  I’m getting all these offers for a high limit credit card that I have to turn down because there’s nothing to buy with it.  Ah well.  Spartans gotta make sacrifices.
