I can’t say I’m a fan of the new Apple iPad. I’m an Apple fanatic, but I just can’t get behind the product. This is one of the few times where I hate the design they came up with. It’s just really impractical. I love most Apple gadgets because they look good AND they’re practical. You get the best of both worlds. The iPad just looks like a really fragile piece of equipment I’d have a hard time using.
It’s trying to beat out all the other netbooks but why bother? Apple is great with the iPhone and the iPod. A new gimmick like this just doesn’t hold a candle to its predecessors.
Although Apple DID announce it’s highest profit and revenue reports ever. So maybe Steve Jobs and the rest of the head honchos know what they’re doing. Still, I’m sticking to my iPhone. The iPad just doesn’t interest me.

You know how some people think fat burners are the most effective supplement for losing fat? I disagree. I think whey protein and fish oil capsules are generally more effective. There’s a whole lot of bodybuilding science behind this, a lot more than I’d care to explain, so just take my word for it.
I’m currently taking whey protein right now, but not as regularly as I should be. I’ve got to get back in shape. Will be lifting tonight and possibly basketball tomorrow, so that’s a start, right?
If the bar ain’t bending, you’re just pretending. Get some heavy weight up!

I’m not very good at saving money. I know I should probably be putting the money I do have into stocks or a health savings account, but for some reason I just leave it lying around stagnant.
It all boils down to laziness, I guess. And I know for sure this is going to cost me in the future. I just can’t seem to move my lazy behind and do some financial planning. Man. I’ve been trying to change that fact for years now, and I have never come close to doing so. It is seriously time for a change. By hook or by crook, I’ve got to do something about that money.

I love lifting. Seriously. It helps me not be fat, it makes me a better basketball player, and I just generally feel pretty good when maintaining a solid weight training program. I’m not as obsessed as people may think, though. I mean, the only bodybuilding supplements I use are whey protein and well.. that’s it. And I use it mostly for convenience. Who has the time to cook up chicken breasts daily?
So far though I haven’t been lifting as much as I want. I should probably get to fixing that. Today is back day. Let’s get huge tonight!

I used to follow the UFC pretty closely. I was always a Randy Couture fan, but lately GSP is winning me over. I admire how much dedication these guys put into being fighting machines. I mean, think about all that training, conditioning, dieting.. not to mention how impossible it must be to get an affordable insurance quote.
You’ve got to give props, though. I can’t imagine training to beat somebody up. That’s got to take a lot of mental fortitude and strength. There are some people I’d love to beat up, but I don’t think I could do it to some guy just trying to make a living. So to all you UFC fighters out there, I salute you!

I feel pretty jealous about all the stuff NBA players get. The state of the art training equipment, the physical therapists, the finger pulse oximeter. All designed to get the most of a player’s abilities on the court. Unfortunately, I don’t have anything like that. All the information I get with regards to sports performance is taken off the internet. I don’t have a personal trainer, no nutritionist.
Ah well. I guess it just isn’t in the cards for me to play basketball for a living. It would’ve been really nice, though. Just balling all day, every day.

Someday, I want to get into politics. This is for a couple of reasons. One, I think I’d do a pretty good job righting some things that really tick me off. Two, there’s a lot of money in it.
I don’t mind politicians making money off of the people. What I dislike is not seeing results. If they do a great job, by all means, they should get paid. That’s probably what I’m going to do. I’ll approach it like a business, and I’ll be the CEO. If the company does well, then I’m giving myself a huge bonus.
I foresee a lot of campaigning and poster printing in my future. I’m serious. Somebody’s gotta do it.

I know I probably should not have a big, juicy sirloin steak, but I am having major cravings for it. There are chicken breasts in the freezer, and fruits in the fridge, but I want beef. I don’t know if I can hold out much longer before going to the deli and getting myself a few choice cuts.
This diet is a lot harder than I thought. I think I should start looking at an adipex review or something before things get out of hand. Summer is coming soon and I plan to walk around without my shirt on. Got to get things under control!

While I do run a pretty okay business, I think what I’d really enjoy is running successful home businesses. Imagine not having to go to the office day in and day out. I could work in my pajamas and slippers! That would be awesome.
I don’t know how to do it yet, though. With the advent of the internet and all the technology available, it shouldn’t be too hard. I guess I’m just too lazy to come up with a plan and work it out.
Business should be simple. It doesn’t always have to be easy, but it shouldn’t be complicated either. I don’t see why it can’t be at home.

I’ve been outfitting my home gym with the barest of essentials. That includes a pair of dumbbells, a bench, and a hundred pounds in weight plates. I’ve been thinking I need more stuff, though. I could use a barbell and more weight plates. I could also really use a foam roller for all that deep muscle stretching. Tried one out the other day and it worked wonders for my legs.
The best part about having a home gym? No pesky gym members. Guess I can put away the hemorrhoid cream.
