I am not much of gadgets guy, being very happy with my iPhone to care about anything else, but I must admit that I would not say no to a huge flat screen LED TV for Christmas. I would watch television on it all day long, or hell, maybe I would even buy a Mac Mini and plug it in, just to feel all snazzy and whatnot. Unfortunately, all that lies on top of my tv stand is a poor 27 inch old-school television. At least it has cable, right?
I guess I’m not really much of a TV person anyway. No, I am not sour-graping. It’s just that since they stopped showing basketball TV in my cable package, there hasn’t been much sense in watching the boob tube. I mean, the UAAP and NCAA games are great, but it’s no NBA.

When I was younger, like a lot younger, I used to love the great outdoors. I’d go around looking for elk, or caribou (this was in the backwoods of Banf), and I’d wander around the woods for hours on end. I appreciated how much life there was in the woods, and how precious it was. Somewhere along the way though, I lost that.
I stopped wanting to go hiking. I stopped looking for wild animals, or nature trails, or national parks. All I wanted to do was sit around at home and watch TV. Well, that’s going to change. I’m going to get back to my nature rtoot.s I’m going to get myself some outdoor pillows, a sleeping bag, a tent, and a walking stick, and I’m going to take a hike. Literally, not figuratively.
I’m going to cut myself off from all communication from the city. I’ll leave work behind. Heck, I will even leave my cellphone behind! Just so I can rediscover the wonders and beauty of Mother Nature. Yeah, that’s what I will do. Just watch me.
..Who am I kidding? Haha. Maybe when I have more time.

So I hear that Manny Pacquiao is set to take on Miguel Cotto in Las Vegas before the year ends. Man. I guess those Vegas Vacationers must be having a ball right now. I mean, they’ve got the show girls, the gambling, the casinos, the night lights, and now they have got the world’s biggest boxing draw coming to the city. Man.
I could use a couple of Vegas vacations myself. I’ve been pretty stressed lately, and I wouldn’t mind having a little time to unwind on the Strip. Not to mention I’ve been watching reruns of “Las Vegas” and the World Poker Tour. I’ve got to get myself on those tables. I’m not so much into the Pacquiao-Cotto fight as I am into feeling that green poker felt underneath my fingers.
That notwithstanding, I think Pacquiao is going to defeat Cotto by decision. Cotto is a smart boxer, with a lot of heart. He isn’t going to be as easy as Ricky Hatton, who by the way, was absolutely demolished by Manny. We’ll see what happens in a few months.

Like most guys, I consider myself a smart shopper. Most women would disagree, though. I guess it’s all just a matter of a difference in opinion on what constitutes good shopping.
Most women would say that going around different stores, trying on everything, exploring every option would be best. However, I disagree. For me, it’s all about doing your research as efficiently as possible. Personally, I do all my research online. If I want a new digicam, I’d go online and look at models and compare reviews. If I wanted a new laptop, I would do the same, and so on and so on. It’s efficient, both in terms of time and money. Then, I would go out and find exactly what I have been looking for, and purchase it at a price I am amiable with. That’s the best buy. That’s how to shop.
I guess it just has something to do with the fact that I don’t really enjoy wandering aimlessly around some shopping mall. In fact, if I could do my shopping online, I would. I mean, who’s to say I won’t find the best buy at buy.com? That would save me a heck of a lot of time and hassle, won’t it?

In any business endeavor, branding is always of utmost importance. You need a strong brand that will connect with a market, a brand that your market can trust and rely on. Branding should be part of every thing a business does. From creating your products, to airing your advertisements, to order fulfillment. Your brand has to be integrated in every single you do. This is what people will remember you for. They are not just buying your product; they are also buying your brand.
Even the simple act of fulfilling an order complete with a box branded with your logo, along with a free product catalog, is an investment for more customers in the long run. That being said, since you are probably outsourcing order fulfillment, you have to find a company that will take care of your brand the same way you would. There aren’t that many of them out there, but they DO exist. One World Direct has received some excellent feedback, so they might be a good place to start. But hey, I’m just babbling. We all do business the way we know how to.

So I recently heard about this new diet pill on the market called clinicallix. I am not really sure what makes it different from all the diet pills and products out there though. It seems like most all weight loss products are the same anyway. They all promise quick and easy weight loss. But one thing I will say about this product is that they are pretty straight forward. No gimmicks, no ads. The information is on their website, and then it’s up to you to make an informed decision.
One thing I have learned though, is that nothing worth it ever comes that easy. I still believe that the best way to lose weight is to eat right and exercise regularly. Of course, for all the people out there who have no time (and/or patience) to do that, I guess a diet pill is the easy way out. But still, I would first recommend that anybody who wants to seriously lose weight seriously consider a lifestyle change before trying any other options. Natural is always better, right?

I have been trying out a few SEO experiments to earn a little extra cash. Lately, nothing has really been making money for me, Google Adsense-wise. Man, this keyword sniping slash niche blogging is a lot harder than I thought. It is hard enough to be writing all these articles, but the SEO part is killing me. I have no idea how to do it! It sucks because I know I am going to need to SEO my websites if I want to earn real money.
I wonder if I can get some free seo services out there on the net. I mean, I know the chances are pretty low, but hey, you never know. If I’m going to make money blogging or via Google Adsense, I am going to need some seo help. A lot of seo help, actually.

I like great skin on a girl. Who doesn’t? I know my female friends all have this obsession with getting incredibly great skin. They spend so much time and money on those skin care products, debating on which is the best moisturizer or best wrinkle cream. I totally agree that lines add character to a person’s face, but hey, I also believe that looking good is important. A few lines are okay, but if you can help it, why not keep them to a minimum?
My mom and sister are both slaves to skin care products. They’ve got so much stuff, you won’t even believe it. I don’t really know if what they use works because our family has always had pretty decent skin. I mean, I don’t use anything, but my skin is not bad at all. Imagine how it would look if I hooked myself up with some Nivea. Scary stuff, man. But hey, if the ladies want to keep their skin looking young and fresh, then who am I to complain?

I am a beach person. I love the sand, I love the surf. I love the beach. That’s just the kind of person I am. If I were Pau Gasol, I would be chilling in some patio on beach front in spain. If I were Tim Duncan, I would be renting out a house near the ocean in the Virgin Islands. If I were Michael Jordan, I would be in North Carolina right now, scooping out some Outer Banks rentals.
There are so many places to choose from, though. I mean, you’ve got Duck, Kill Devil Hills, Nags Head.. the list goes on and on. But hey, you know what? Anywhere is fine with me. As long as I am near the water, I will be one happy camper. That’s just how I’ve always been. But hey, whether you’re looking to cruise the shore or just kicking back in your Outer Banks rental home, I highly suggest that you don’t delay any further. Life’s moving too fast. Take the time to slow down and relax.

Dieting is a lot harder than people might think. I should know. I’ve been trying to drop some extra weight for the longest time now. I am pretty sure that once I drop this spare tire around my waist, I will lose those pounds! Or is it the other way around? Well, whatever! The extra pounds and the spare tire BOTH have to go!
I have been seriously considering taking diet pills to supplement the weight loss process. I’m still on the fence though. I’m just not sure about whether I really want to use diet pills to lose weight. It’s just so hard to eat right and find the time to go to the gym and exercise. Ah well. I guess we’ll see what happens.
