I’ve always wondered what women found so fascinating about jewelry. Sure they’re shiny and nice to look at, but seriously, aren’t we all a little deeper than that? Don’t get me wrong though, I can appreciate the aesthetics as much as anyone out there. A brilliant diamond, a classy emerald, maybe some heart pendant jewelry or a gold chain. Yeah, that stuff is nice.
And thinking about it, jewelry isn’t just for women. I mean, we have way more than enough hiphop artists obsessed with the bling, right? So maybe women get jewelry and men get bling. Makes sense? No? Ah well.
Personally, the one piece of hardware I’d like would be a championship trophy and an NBA trophy. And if they want it plated with gold and encrusted with diamonds, be my guest. But even if they made it out of wood, as long as it says I’ve won it all, I’d take it.

The most important thing about advertising and getting people to notice a product, and I mean the MOST IMPORTANT THING, is letting people know you exist in the first place. There are tons of ways to do this. You could send letters through the mail. You could broadcast it on television. But for a website, by far the easiest way to do it is to submit to a directory.
Directories submission is a great way to get your website indexed. And unless your website is indexed, search engines aren’t going to be able to find you. Trust me, I know. I’ve been trying to get my websites indexed for a very long time now, and I’ve only had minimal success. There’s just so much SEO techniques out there that I don’t know about. But one thing I do know is that submitting to a directory is one of the most basic things every webmaster should do. People can’t go to your website if they don’t know it’s there in the first place.

While the heart of every house is its kitchen, the heart of my bedroom would be the bathroom. That’s because that’s MY personal space. Nobody invades it, nobody messes around with it. That’s the place where I can unwind and just be myself. Why do you think they call it the comfort room?
I’ve been thinking about giving my bathroom a makeover. You know, getting a new shower head, a new bathroom faucet and maybe some new shower curtains.. Perhaps even take the tiles out and install new ones. Just to give my bathroom that modern look. But hey, if it ain’t broke, don’t fix it. I love my bathroom. It’s nice and homey, and I’ve had many happy hours singing in the shower in there. I think I’ll keep it the way it is.
And if you’ll excuse me, I think I’ll go pay my bathroom a little visit right now.

So I’m getting really fat, and it’s really depressing. I have been trying to lose weight lately, but nothing seems to be working off the past few binges I’ve had. And it sure as hell doesn’t help that I’m probably going to overeat again tomorrow.
It just feels like all the time in the gym and all the basketball (or lack thereof) isn’t enough. It’s like I need something extra. I’ve seriously been giving weight loss supplements some thought. I have been reading a few nuphedra reviews, and they look pretty promising. It’s just that I’m not sure I’m ready to go down that path yet. But hey, we never know, right? Then again, summer is still a long ways away. When February arrives, THEN I’ll panic.

AND I DIDN’T SEE KOBE!I’m a huge Kobe Bryant fan! I love his game. I love his moves. I love his shooting. I don’t think there’s anyone else who can score 81 points like Kobe Bryant did. The guy, simply put, is the best offensive player in the game right now. Probably one of the best offensive players of all time.
I can’t believe I missed it. Kobe Bryant has visited the Philippines thrice already. I haven’t seen him ONCE. That’s messed up.

You all heard about Lebron James getting dunked on, right? And I’m sure you all heard about how he and Nike made such a big deal out of it and confiscated the video tapes, earning the incident the apt, if not contrived monicker, “Lebron-Gate.” Well, the video is out! Finally! Get your video and Mp3 players out, it’s time to see Lebron James get dunked on!
You can see the video over at Yahoo Sports; I’m not sure if it’s going to be on NBA.com. We all know that David Stern is Nike’s little puppy. Whatever the case, it wasn’t anything really worth hiding. Lebron James and Nike really blew things out of proportion. Lebron just got caught on a late and lazy rotation, and it just so happened the finisher was really athletic. No big deal. It’s all going to die down now, so watch the video while it’s still hot.

I play with a lot of heart and intensity whenever I compete in basketball. That’s just how I play. I love physical contact, and I love grinding it out in the paint. Don’t get me wrong, I love perimeter play as well; It’s just that I’m really just a physical player.Of course, all that banging has taken a toll on me. I come home with a bruised body, or a sore back, or maybe an injured ankle. It’s a seriously hazardous hobby. Maybe I should consider getting an insurance quote for myself. God knows I’ve been hurt and injured often enough. I could use some help with the medical bills, right? But whatever. I’m a warrior. This is how I choose to play, and I’m going to keep at it. The game brings me too much joy for me to stop. I’m a baller (OK, ballers CAN avail of insurance, and most pro-ballers do have insurance policies) and I’m going to keep balling, injury or not. Nothing’s going to keep me off that court. Speaking of which, I might play later this afternoon. It’s just a question of whether I want to build up my cardio and on-court experience or build up my body in the weights room. One or the other.

Apple iPhone 3G = AWESOME While it took me a while to jailbreak my iPhone (thanks to the many jailbreaking tutorials out there), the wait was definitely worth it. I couldn’t have picked a better phone to get. I’ve got internet browsing capabilities, I’ve got games, I’ve got high-quality picture viewing, I’ve got games, I’ve got apps for all occasions, I’ve got games. How awesome is that? Not to mention I got it at a very, very cheap price.I gotta be balling! It’s been a while since I last played, and I am itching to get to it. I’ve been watching the NBA Finals, the PBA Finals, and I am all amped up to get back on the court. While I haven’t been getting too much physical practice time, my basketball brain has been trying to learn all these new moves. I’m so excited to get back on the court. Man.Google Adsense Experiment..Failed. But I’m not done yet. I’m going to start anew. Every failure is a step closer to success. Thomas Edison once said he didn’t fail 1000 times. He just learned 1000 ways how to NOT make a light bulb work. Awesome. Money’s money. Worth failing more than once for the green stuff.
